By installing or using CogSeven Companion, you agree to these terms. If you don't, uninstall the add-in (see the install instructions for the uninstall script) and don't use the service.
v0 is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, for testing purposes. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Don't use it for anything where a wrong answer would cause real harm.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Importantly: workbook contents stay on your machine; only PDFs you explicitly upload leave it, and you can disable retention of those PDFs at any time in the add-in Settings.
We can suspend or revoke your access at any time, for any reason (or no reason), during this v0 testing phase. We'll try to give notice and a sane reason, but reserve the right to act faster if needed.
You can stop using the service at any time by running the uninstall script (see install instructions) and emailing support@cogsevencompanion.com to request account + data deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogSeven and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of v0. You are using it at your own risk during this testing phase.
We may update these terms as v0 evolves. Material changes will be emailed to active testers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the CogSeven team is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
